Booking FAQ

"This time slot was just taken" (SLOT_TAKEN)
Someone else booked that time while you were checking out. Go back and pick a different time — the calendar will refresh automatically to show what's still available.

"The selected time is outside operating hours" (OUTSIDE_HOURS)
The time you selected is no longer available, usually because business hours changed or a block was added. Go back to the date picker, choose a new date, and select from the available times shown.

"The selected stylist cannot perform this service" (INVALID_STAFF)
The stylist you picked doesn't offer that specific service. Try selecting "Anyone Available" or choose a different stylist, then pick your time again.

"Invalid pricing option selected" (INVALID_VARIANT)
The pricing option you selected is no longer available. Refresh the page and try booking again — if the issue continues, contact us directly.

"Unable to process your booking" (BOOKING_FAILED)
Something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, reach out to us and include the error code so we can look into it.

"Service not found" (SERVICE_NOT_FOUND)
This service may have been removed or updated. Head back to the services page and try booking from there.

Media Release & Consent Policy

  1. Documentation: I understand and agree that the hairstylist may take photographs and/or video recordings of my hair before, during, and after the service.


  2. Use of Media: I give permission for these images and/or videos to be used for promotional and educational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on:
  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Website and portfolio
  • Marketing materials (print and digital)

  1. Ownership: I understand that the hairstylist retains ownership of all photos and videos taken and may edit, use, or share them at their discretion.


  2. Voluntary Consent: I understand that providing this consent is voluntary and not a condition of receiving service. I may withdraw consent at any time, but this will not affect media already published.
