Appointment & Deposit Policy

To ensure a smooth, organized, and reliable booking experience for all our clients, JeRah Beauty Salon & Spa requires a $30 deposit for every appointment.

Please note that an appointment is not considered confirmed or secured until the required $30 deposit has been received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

$30 Booking Deposit

The $30 deposit is applied toward the client’s total service bill and is not an additional charge.

For example, if your total service is $100, the $30 deposit will be deducted from the total, leaving a balance of $70 + applicable tax due after the appointment.

The deposit serves as confirmation that the appointment slot has been specifically reserved for the client and helps us maintain an organized schedule while minimizing last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

Deposit & Attendance Policy

  • Appointment Attended on Time: The full $30 deposit will be credited toward the client’s final bill after the appointment.

  • Late Arrival Within 30 Minutes: If the client arrives within the first 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time and has a valid reason supported by appropriate proof, 20% of the $30 deposit will be credited toward the final bill, while the remaining amount will be forfeited.

  • No-Show or More Than 30 Minutes Late: The $30 deposit will be forfeited if the client:

  • Fails to arrive for the scheduled appointment (no-show);
  • Arrives more than 30 minutes late without a valid reason and appropriate supporting proof; or
  • Cancels less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

In these circumstances, the appointment will be considered null and void and cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a deposit refund but will be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $30 deposit, and the appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Deposit Refund or Credit Options

For appointments that qualify for a refund or credit, clients may choose to:

  • Receive the eligible amount through cash, e-Transfer, or a refund to the original card/payment method;
  • Apply the eligible amount toward the purchase of a JeRah Beauty product; or
  • Keep the $30 credit and apply it toward their next appointment.

For clients who successfully attend their appointment on time, the $30 deposit will automatically be applied toward the final service bill and will not be refunded separately.

For example, if the total service bill is $100, the $30 deposit will be deducted from the total, leaving $70 + applicable tax due after the appointment.

Changes to Booked Services & Add-On Services

Clients may request changes to their booked services or add additional services at least 12 hours before their scheduled appointment.

We encourage all clients to finalize their desired services in advance. This allows our team to properly allocate time for each appointment and helps prevent delays, particularly on fully booked and high-volume days.

Last-minute service changes or additions may significantly extend appointment times and affect the schedule of clients booked after you. It would be unfair to the next client if changes made on the spot resulted in a significant portion of their scheduled appointment time being affected.

Therefore, service changes and add-on services requested less than 12 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated.

Non-Secured Appointments & Walk-In Fee

Appointments without the required $30 deposit are not considered confirmed or secured bookings.

If JeRah Beauty is able to accommodate a client without a secured appointment, the client will be subject to an additional 10% Walk-In Fee, calculated based on the total service bill.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies are in place to protect reserved appointment slots, maintain an efficient schedule, and ensure that every client receives the time, attention, and quality of service they deserve.

Thank you for choosing JeRah Beauty Salon & Spa.
