Terms and Conditions
- Warranty: JeRah Beauty Inc.(hereafter“JeRah Beauty”), its website, its catalogues, and the materials and products on them are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied of merchantability; fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise, which extend beyond the manufacturer’s description on the label of each product.
- Limitation of Liability: JeRah Beauty shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on their website or their catalogue or the performance of the products, even if JeRah Beauty has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Quantity: We reserve the right to limit order quantities.
- Claims: Must be made within 3 days of delivery. You must notify customer service immediately upon receipt.
- Pricing: In the event that JeRah Beauty mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, JeRah Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. JeRah Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JeRah Beauty shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
- Merchandise Content: JeRah Beauty attempts to be accurate in its product descriptions. However, JeRah Beauty does not warrant that product description or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused.
- Freight Policy: Freight charges will be paid by the customer.
- Export Policy: You acknowledge that the purchased goods are subject to the customs and export control laws and regulations of Canada and may also be subject to the customs and export laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JeRah Beauty, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the account.

Shipment Damages / Shortage Claims Policy
For Freight Shipments, a customer must do the following in order to receive credit.
- At the time of delivery, check that the shrink-wrap has not been cut or torn anywhere.
- If the shrink-wrap is torn, write it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) and notify JeRah Beauty Inc. Write exactly what is damaged on the delivery receipt and have the truck driver sign it. If possible, take detailed pictures of damaged parts and/or items.
- Please email admin@jerahbeauty.com, a copy of the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), detailed pictures and notify our customer service regarding the claim after the delivery has been completed.
- All shipments must be counted and if there are any shortages or surplus, you must have the driver sign for it. If any shortages are not signed, JeRah Beauty Inc will not accept these claims.
- You are allowed to claim the damages and/or shortages with JeRah Beauty Inc within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. We will not accept any claims after 3 days.
- All our invoices and/or packing slips are securely attached to the pallet/skids. They are either located on the side or on top of the skid. Please save your invoices before discarding the shrink-wrap.
For Parcel Shipments, a customer must do the following in order to receive credit.
- At the time of delivery, check that the box has not been cut or torn anywhere.
- If the box is torn, tell the courier regarding damages and notify JeRah Beauty Inc. Please take detailed pictures of damaged parts and/or items.
- Please email admin@jerahbeauty.com detailed pictures and notify our customer service regarding the claim after the delivery has been completed.
- All shipments must be counted and if there are any shortages or surplus, you must notify the courier. If any shortages are not signed, JeRah Beauty Inc will not accept these claims.

Return Policy
JeRah Beauty Inc will readily accept returns within 7 days from the date of the product delivered only with confirmation from our customer service. We will not accept any returns after 14 days of receipt of shipment. Please note we will not accept any returns without a return confirmation from our customer service. All products MUST be in their original packaging and sellable condition. Customers must provide a photo(s) of the item(s)that they wish to return to confirm the sellable condition of the product(s). Customer Service will give return authorization only after confirming product eligibility for return.Unless it is defective or damaged, we will not accept returns for used and opened item(s). For sanitary health concerns, wigs and hairpieces are not eligible for return. We only accept the return of salon supplies, or liquid/cream/powder hair care products that are sealed and/or unopened in their original packaging. We do reserve the rights to refuse returns on personal use products for any reason.- Original invoice must be presented at all times.
- The number of returned items must match the purchased quantity of its original invoice.
- Within 7 days of receipt of shipment, we will give you Full Credit.
- Over 14 days of receipt of shipment, returns will not be accepted.
- We will not accept any returns without a return confirmation from our customer service.
- JeRah Beauty Inc reserves the right not to accept returns under certain circumstances which violate our policies.
Return Product Eligibility
- Final sale items, PPE products, wigs, ponytails, braids, weaves, and/or any customized products are not eligible for a return.
- Product(s) must be in original packaging and sellable condition (sealed, unused, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached).
- Special ordered product(s) (pre-ordered or customized or personalized item) is not eligible for return.
- If the product(s) has been unsealed, used, altered, worn, or product tags and/or packaging tampered with, the product(s) will not be eligible for return.
In-Store Credit
- Once a return is accepted by our customer service, we will issue an ‘in-store credit’. We will apply in-store credit(s) to the next invoice. Please note we only issue in-store credit, not refund.
